We’re excited about the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Alabama Independent School Association Accreditation Team coming to visit us on October 14, 15, 2009. We are proud to be accredited by both of these prestigious organizations.

Thank you for cooperating with the Birmingham/Jefferson County libraries in their annual September Food Drive. Central Park Christian School has been once again asked to house and distribute all the food collected. This is a big task, but Central Park Christian School has a big heart. Thanks for all you do for this community.

Congratulations to Carlton Christion who was accepted as a Student Leader to the People to People World Leadership Forum. Carlton did an outstanding job in contributing to the delegation’s success and in representing Central Park Christian School, his family and his community in Washington, D.C., September 7-12, 2009.

Congratulations also to Kevunn McConico for having received a letter from President Barach Obama in response to his letter to the President.
